How to Become a
“Child of God”
TURN
1. Admit to God that you need him in your life. I no longer want to go “my” way, but “Your” way.
2. Admit to God that you are a sinner. Sin is not God’s way.
3. Understand that I am born a sinner and one sin in a lifetime eternally separates me from a great, good and loving God.
4. I am sorry for sinning against you. Please forgive me.
5. Help me not to sin against you or others.
**Numbers 4. and 5. should be done often.
BELIEVE
1. Jesus is God in human form.
2. Jesus is my Savior who died on a cross in my place. Because Jesus did this, I am no longer eternally separated from a great, good and loving God.
3. Jesus rose from the dead and is the only way to Heaven.
RECEIVE
1. Jesus is my King and I will follow Him the rest of my life!
